"медвежий завал", "медвежья" модель поглощения (модель на графике японских свечей; определяется по следующим критериям: восходящий тренд состоит из двух свечей, вторая свеча поглощает первую свечу (является длиннее первой), тело второй свечи должно быть направлено вниз, а тело первой свечи — вверх; означает скорую смену восходящего тренда (тенденции роста цен) на нисходящий (тенденцию снижения цен))
